Myratdurdy Keymirov

Biography:

Myratdurdy Atakhallyevich Keymirov was born on January 19, 1958. He graduated from high school in 1975. He graduated from the Turkmen Polytechnic Institute (Ashgabat, Turkmenistan) in 1980, specializing in Chemical Technology of Oil and Gas. He is a chemical engineer and technologist.

From 1980 to 1985, he completed his postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the USSR Academy of Sciences in the Radiochemistry Department. In 1985, he defended his PhD dissertation there on the topic of Extraction Separation of Radioactive and Stable Rare Earth Elements.

In 2023, he defended his doctoral dissertation and holds a Doctor of Chemical Sciences degree. From 1980 to 1991, he worked at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. From 1991 to 1995, he worked in the Presidential Administration of Turkmenistan. From 1995 to 1997 and from 2010 to 2011, he served as General Director of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. From 2008 to 2010, he worked at the Supreme Attestation Committee of Turkmenistan. From 2011 to the present, he has been the Head of the Laboratory of Chemistry and Technology of Oil and Gas at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
