Dr. Seddiki Sara, born on August 12, 1987, Algeria, is a teacher and researcher in hydraulics. She obtained a doctorate from the University of USTO Oran, Algeria, with highest honors, for an interesting topic on the management of water resources in the city of Bechar using WEAP software. She has participated in several national and international congresses and conferences, and has also published several articles in the field.
