Biography:
Mohammed Salah Abdelbarie is an experienced chemical professional with extensive expertise in chemical analysis and laboratory management. He began his career in October 2011 as a Chemical Inspector at the General Organization for Exports and Imports Control (GOEIC) in Cairo, where he conducted chemical analyses and validations of imported goods in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.
From October 2011 to December 2017, he served as a Chemical Inspector in the General Administration of Food Imports at GOEIC’s Cairo Airport branch, ensuring the quality and safety of imported food products. He then transitioned to the General Administration of Food Exports in December 2017, continuing his work in chemical inspection until June 2018.
In July 2018, Mohammed advanced to the role of Chemical Analyst in the Central Directorate for Food Staff and Chemicals at GOEIC, Cairo, where he focused on analytical testing and chemical evaluations. He was promoted in June 2020 to Deputy Manager of the Spectrometry and FTIR Laboratory, overseeing laboratory operations and instrumental analyses.
Since January 2022, he has been serving as Head Manager of the Spectrometry and XRF Laboratory in the Central Directorate for Food Staff and Chemicals at GOEIC, Cairo, leading the laboratory team in advanced spectrometric analyses and ensuring the highest standards of analytical quality and accuracy.
