Biography:
Lukman A Yusuf earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Kano University of Science and Technology, Nigeria, in 2010, followed by a master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Bayero University, Kano, in 2015. He completed his PhD at the University of Glasgow in 2022, specialising in acoustic cavitation and its chemical applications. He is currently a researcher in the School of Chemistry, University of Glasgow, where he leads sonochemistry research within Prof. Symes’s group. His work focuses on cavitation-driven chemical processes, including nitrogen fixation, wastewater treatment, sustainable chemical transformations, and interdisciplinary green energy research.
