Biography:
Dr. Kyeongjae (KJ) Cho is a full professor and BEACONS Center director at UT Dallas and received PhD (1994) in Physics from MIT. He worked as a postdoctoral associate (1994-1995), research scientist (1995-1997) at MIT (a jointly at Harvard University during 1995-1996), assistant professor at Stanford University (1997-2006), and a faculty member at UT Dallas since 2006. He received Frederich E. Terman Award (1997), was elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Physics (2004) and a fellow of the American Physical Society (2016). He published more than 440 journal articles (Google Scholar: h-index = 96, total citation = 45,527).
