Biography:
Dr. Kar-Weng Chan holds a PhD and MSc in Analytical Chemistry and has worked as a chemist since 2005. He has contributed to over 30 research studies spanning pharmaceuticals, toxicology, water analysis, and education. Dr. Chan has presented his work at both national and international conferences and served as a reviewer for the UNODC heroin profiling guidebook. He is also the inventor of Chan’s Tetrahedron, a practical framework designed to help beginners understand analytical profiling. His work focuses on advancing applied analytical science and knowledge transfer.
