Biography:
Juan Manuel Morgan-Sagastume is a Doctor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He serves as an Academic Technician at the Institute of Engineering of UNAM, where he is affiliated with the Department of Environmental Bioprocesses. His professional work is based at Ciudad Universitaria, Coyoacán, Mexico City, and focuses on engineering and environmental bioprocess research within the Institute of Engineering.
