Biography:
Boris Ya. Stul' is Graduated from the Department of Physical Chemistry of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin. He is author of ~80 scientific papers. Currently he is engaged in the chlorination and ethoxylation of organic compounds.
